TRANSITIONS

Today is a day of transitions for me. Joe started his new job this morning and I get to be at home with the little ones. I'm sure it will be such a nice change and allow me some of the ever elusive creative time. I am a scheduler by nature and when things are all up in the air, I tend to be neurotic.... does anyone else feel that way?

I'm Thinkin' Halloween

Yesterday was one of my fav. days of the month! It was the day I got my newest edition of Somerset Studios Magazine. And, blessed be, it is the HALLOWEEN edition.... Halloween is the holiday I look forward to most. Partly because of my love for fall, the excuse to decorate in the most wildly imaginative way possible, and because to me it is also my "New Year." As a Pagan it is sometimes difficult to find decorations and special holiday things that fit my beliefs. So I bagan creating my own. The new mag in the mailbox if stuffed full of delicious ideas and sparks of imagination. You should check it out sometime. And hopefully, someday, my pieces will be laying between those enticing covers too!!!!

Sometimes all you need is TIME!

It didn't take long to figure out the blogging world. Thankfully, because time in an endangered species these days. I hope that everyone who visits this site will gain some insight and a smile or two to carry them throughout the day. There is so much riding on just one pair of little shoulders, sometimes it can seem like too much. So sit down and enjoy some time just for you. And remember to SMILE.

First Tries

This is my first attempt at my Artful Blog. I am not sure how it will turn out and with my always high expectations you never know the outcome. So I will give this a test run and see if I can make it all work
